Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Senior Professional role at a foreign B2C company, focusing on executing mid-career and campus recruitment, disability hiring, employer branding, RPO coordination, onboarding, and temp staff recruitment support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute and coordinate mid-career recruitment for assigned roles, including both internally managed and RPO-supported hiring
  • Support campus recruiting and early-career hiring activities in collaboration with RPO partners
  • Execute disability hiring initiatives in alignment with legal requirements, company policy, and inclusion objectives
  • Support and execute employer branding initiatives (career site, recruitment events, messaging, content) in partnership with RPO and Global HR
  • Manage day-to-day recruiting activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer process support
  • Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate experience across all hiring channels
  • Act as the primary operational contact for RPO partners
  • Coordinate requisition flow, hiring priorities, and timelines with RPO providers
  • Monitor service delivery against defined SLAs and KPIs (time to hire, quality, responsiveness, compliance)
  • Escalate delivery, quality, or compliance issues to HRBP & Talent Acquisition Leader
  • Execute end-to-end disability hiring processes, including candidate sourcing, selection coordination, and hiring support
  • Coordinate with RPO partners, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure inclusive and compliant hiring practices
  • Support reasonable accommodation discussions in collaboration with HR Operations and hiring managers
  • Track hiring progress and compliance with disability employment requirements
  • Execute and coordinate the new joiner onboarding process for all hiring channels
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure employment documentation, system access, and compliance requirements are completed on time
  • Coordinate onboarding programs, orientation sessions, and day-one readiness
  • Work with hiring managers and Talent Management to support early engagement and smooth integration
  • Identify onboarding issues and drive continuous improvement of onboarding experience
  • Coordinate and manage temp staff (Haken) hiring processes through RPO partners
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify role scope, contract terms, duration, and cost
  • Track temp staff headcount, contract status, and utilization in coordination with HR Operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, selection criteria, and interview processes
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with HR Operations on offer letters, employment terms, onboarding logistics, and compliance
  • Coordinate with Talent Management on onboarding content and early development touchpoints
  • Track and maintain recruitment and onboarding data, metrics, and dashboards
  • Analyze hiring and onboarding results to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding tools, templates, and workflows
  • Contribute to documentation of standard recruiting and onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Typically 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition and/or onboarding experience
  • Experience working with RPO providers, recruitment agencies, or disability hiring partners preferred
  • Experience in multinational or matrix organizations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Understanding of Japan labor market and disability employment requirements
  • Experience in campus recruiting, employer branding, or temp staff hiring preferred
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track and interpret recruiting and onboarding metrics
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
