Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Data Analyst at NTT DATA plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition function by consolidating data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, and generating insightful reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in data reporting and analysis within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with Workday Administrator Accreditation. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

Job Responsibility:

  • Consolidate and validate data from various TA systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, CRM) to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics, KPIs, and operational performance
  • Support TA leadership with data insights to improve hiring strategies, pipeline efficiency, and candidate experience
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to track progress against hiring goals and diversity targets
  • Monitor data quality and implement checks to ensure reliable reporting
  • Assist in the automation of reporting processes and contribute to the optimization of data workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data definitions and reporting standards
  • Provide analytical support for TA projects such as workforce planning, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-hire analysis
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards in handling candidate and employee data
  • Performs any other related task as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in data reporting and analysis within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools and data platforms
  • Exposure to recruitment systems and understanding of hiring workflows
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition metrics
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms
