The Talent Acquisition Data Analyst at NTT DATA plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition function by consolidating data from various sources, ensuring accuracy, and generating insightful reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in data reporting and analysis within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with Workday Administrator Accreditation. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
Job Responsibility:
Consolidate and validate data from various TA systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, CRM) to ensure consistency and accuracy
Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports on recruitment metrics, KPIs, and operational performance
Support TA leadership with data insights to improve hiring strategies, pipeline efficiency, and candidate experience
Create dashboards and visualizations to track progress against hiring goals and diversity targets
Monitor data quality and implement checks to ensure reliable reporting
Assist in the automation of reporting processes and contribute to the optimization of data workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data definitions and reporting standards
Provide analytical support for TA projects such as workforce planning, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-hire analysis
Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards in handling candidate and employee data
Performs any other related task as required
Requirements:
Experience in data reporting and analysis within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment
Hands-on experience with reporting tools and data platforms
Exposure to recruitment systems and understanding of hiring workflows
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition metrics
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly
Comfortable working with large datasets and managing multiple data sources
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
Curious and proactive in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology / Data and Analytics or related field
Workday Administrator Accreditation is highly beneficial
Relevant data / analytics certification(s) preferred
