• Proven experience in a recruiting leadership role, with a focus on high-volume hiring in a global or offshore setting
• Extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with modern recruitment technologies, including ATS, automated platforms, and AI tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans and lead a team to achieve ambitious targets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive strategic decisions and process improvements
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
