Job Description

You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for Strategic Opportunities and finance-adjacent roles, with a focus on building and owning a pipeline of ex-front-office talent. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, you’ll design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, cultivate relationships with top finance talent, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer. This role blends high-touch relationship management with strategic sourcing and talent pipelining — and directly impacts our ability to scale world-class finance expertise into the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and own a proactive pipeline of top ex-front-office finance professionals (banking, PE, hedge funds, trading, corporate finance)
  • Partner with leadership on role design, talent profiles, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and refine talent segmentation frameworks for Strategic Opportunities and rotational programs
  • Lead end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Create disciplined, data-driven recruitment processes that promote fairness, transparency, and quality
  • Ensure hiring targets are met with urgency and precision
  • Establish Rogo as an employer of choice in finance circles — attend industry events, engage alumni communities, and build referral networks
  • Represent the Strategic Opportunities team and company mission externally, conveying opportunity scale and career pathways
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market mapping, compensation insights, and talent strategy
  • Manage relationships with external talent partners/agencies and negotiate effective contracts when needed
  • Leverage ATS, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem), and analytics to identify pipeline gaps and optimize workflows
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates — clear communication, timely feedback, and respectful process touchpoints
  • Build processes that reinforce our culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle experience recruiting finance, front-office, or similar elite talent
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong consultative partner mindset — you influence hiring strategy and coach stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches with high urgency and quality
  • Fluency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS systems (e.g., Ashby), and recruiting metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished presence for candidate and stakeholder interactions
  • Intellectual curiosity about finance, data, and how top talent builds enduring impact
