Temporary role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to shape recruitment strategy and support key strategic priorities. Play a vital role in finding the right talent at the right time, build relationships with stakeholder groups, and design tailored talent attraction approaches.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles, including senior-level hires and specialists
  • Design and execute strategic talent acquisition plans that align with organisational goals
  • Proactively source exceptional talent and champion the Talent Acquisition team
  • Use internal and external market data to advise the business on hiring decisions
  • Design innovative sourcing campaigns, engaging passive candidates
  • Create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns showcasing available opportunities
