This role is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in an agile environment and refuses to be a mere 'CV pusher.' You will work hand-in-hand with the Co-Founders to own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding across all regions (Australia & Philippines). This is a six month contract with the possibility to commence immediately.
Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Talent Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation—ensuring a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the studio’s premium brand
Process Optimisation: Lead the redesign of the hiring workflow, identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined, tech-enabled solutions
Employer Branding & Pipeline: Proactively build a diverse community of creative talent (creative strategists, social media managers, media buyers), ensuring the studio has a warm bench of talent to tap into
Requirements:
Established Talent Acquisition professional
ability to embed into a business and understand culture and criteria quickly
ideally worked in a creative or design landscape
experience from a fast-growing agency or a scaling business
understands that finding the right fit is as much about instinct and taste as it is about skills on a page
possesses emotional intelligence to navigate a founder-led environment
operational grit to bring structure to a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous creative culture
