We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Germany, the UK and key international commercial markets including Eastern Europe. This is a delivery-focused recruitment role suited to someone who enjoys sourcing, headhunting and building talent pipelines directly through LinkedIn and proactive outreach methods. You’ll be confident identifying and engaging high-quality sales talent in competitive markets for our field sales teams, account managers and key account managers. Collaborating with Senior stakeholders across our business. Your primary focus will be supporting our strategically important German market across both sales and operations, while also contributing to broader talent and business initiatives across Northern and Eastern Europe within a global remit. You’ll be part of a newly evolving and globally aligned Talent Acquisition team, working closely with Sales Directors, Hiring Managers and HR teams across multiple countries to deliver a high-quality, professional and commercially focused recruitment experience. Collaboration, partnership and building strong relationships across the business will be central to success in this role. This is a fast-paced international opportunity suited to someone who enjoys proactive sourcing, stakeholder engagement and delivering great hiring outcomes in dynamic markets. Alongside day-to-day recruitment delivery, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader talent initiatives including recruitment process improvement, ATS implementation, talent profiling, recruitment analytics and the use of AI and technology to enhance hiring effectiveness, market insight and candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in embedding our global recruitment blueprint across regional markets, strengthening sales capability, improving hiring effectiveness, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibility
Manage full recruitment lifecycle activity across Germany, UK and key European markets
Partner closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers across commercial and service functions
Focus heavily on direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach and headhunting activity
Build proactive talent pipelines for sales and commercial hiring needs
Align global recruitment tools, processes and hiring standards to support a consistent recruitment approach across markets
Screen and assess candidates against role, capability and behavioural requirements
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate processes efficiently and professionally
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across UK and European markets
Use recruitment data, reporting and pipeline analytics to track hiring progress and market insight
Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives
Contribute to strategic recruitment projects including ATS implementation, talent profiling and process improvement initiatives
Explore and utilise AI and recruitment technology to enhance sourcing, efficiency and candidate engagement
Ensure a professional, responsive and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
Experience recruiting within the German market for sales or commercial roles
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing and direct search capability
Confident engaging passive candidates through proactive outreach
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies
Interest in recruitment technology, AI and process improvement
German fluency is essential alongside English
Nice to have
Experience recruiting across other European markets is advantageous
Polish or Dutch speaking is beneficial
