The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for finding and recruiting high calibre talent within the digital and professional services space. In this role you will work closely with the wider Ezra team to proactively identify hiring needs and actively build a well-rounded talent community that mirrors our customers’ needs. This role will play a key part in communicating the story of Ezra and attracting top quality talent who are excited to be part of our mission. This is a self-starter role that requires the ability to execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a collaborative approach and excellent prioritization, organization and management skills.
Job Responsibility:
Independently manage 15-25 full time roles across multiple functions and business units
Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers, developing and operationalising recruiting strategies that weave data analytics, value-fit and diversity throughout the hiring process
Build and execute recruiting strategies which include target lists, job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development
Support interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback, and offer negotiations
Build strong internal and external relationships in the function/industry to build a candidate pipeline for current and future openings
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Ezra leadership team
Act as the candidates’ point of contact throughout the recruitment process – screening applications, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, sending status updates
Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of progressive and proven experience in recruiting
Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Experience with a range of candidate selection methods and sourcing tools
Clear decision maker
confident in own judgement and expertise
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Strong organization and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
