Job Description:

Our business is growing and so is our fantastic Talent Acquisition team! We have the opportunity for a motivated talent professional to join our team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with stakeholders across the business to advise and support on all thing’s recruitment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers adopting a consultative approach
  • Maintain up to date knowledge in innovation developments in candidate attraction and sourcing channels
  • Manage campaigns and employer branding initiatives to engage and attract diverse talent pools
  • Manage the end to end process and have responsibility for all vacancies within your business area
  • Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and create shortlists
  • Manage selection processes, ensuring robust and consistent candidate assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Actively manage talent pools to generate a supply of candidates for critical and hard to fill vacancies
  • Showcase job vacancies and business/recruitment achievements across social media channels i.e. LinkedIn
  • Responsible for adhering to the recruitment SLAs and escalating any issues/blockages
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through timely and effective communication and feedback
  • Always maintain and update the ATS throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment (in-house would be beneficial)
  • Motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Knowledge in either the Power, Water or Engineering sectors (ideal)
  • Full UK driving license
