Avantor is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams to lead a full-cycle recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization in Belgium, Netherlands and across other countries in Europe.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies
Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and referrals, to attract talent
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Pre-screen qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, and extend offers to finalists
Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies
Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and CRM systems
Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labor market insights that inform recruitment strategies
Requirements:
High School Diploma required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Intermediate experience as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency
Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for manufacturing or distribution roles is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
Business fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch is required
