Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and levels, from sourcing through offer
Drive proactive sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality, diverse talent using creative and targeted sourcing strategies
Partner with hiring managers: Provide guidance, coaching, and best practices to ensure effective and consistent hiring decisions
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience: Champion a smooth, engaging, and inclusive process from first touchpoint to offer
Leverage data and insights: Use hiring metrics to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive better outcomes
Ensure compliance and integrity: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regional hiring regulations and best practices
Optimize processes: Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and overall hiring effectiveness
Operate at pace: Manage a high volume of roles with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
Requirements:
3+ years of global, full-cycle recruitment experience, with a track record of hiring high-quality talent
Strong expertise in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development
Experience partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions across multiple levels
Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive hiring performance
Experience supporting and championing inclusive hiring practices
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
Experience recruiting for GTM positions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations)
Experience working in a remote or distributed environment, ideally within SaaS
Nice to have:
Experience in EdTech or mission-driven organizations
Exposure to employer branding and talent attraction strategies
Knowledge of global hiring regulations and compliance requirements
