Job Responsibility:
Manage the full hiring life cycle
Identify and implement efficient, effective recruiting strategies that align with Wiz’s best practices and the organization’s needs
Own the sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through traditional and creative channels
Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs
Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values
Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles
Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics
A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
