A well-established, highly respected transportation company in Minnesota is expanding their team and looking for a passionate, hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is focused on sourcing, recruiting, and supporting CDL drivers in the Twin Cities area, while also helping with office and administrative hiring as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Lead recruitment efforts for CDL Class A/B drivers in the Minneapolis market, managing full-cycle hiring from sourcing to onboarding
Serve as a touchpoint for candidates during training and early stages to ensure smooth transitions onto the team
Assist with recruiting for office, administrative, and customer service roles as needed
Track recruiting metrics, provide updates to leadership, and suggest improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to anticipate workforce needs and align recruiting strategies
Requirements:
