Our business is growing and so is our fantastic Talent Acquisition team! We have the opportunity for a motivated talent professional to join our team supporting our growing Water & Infrastructure division. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with stakeholders across the business to advise and support on all things recruitment. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working and travelling to our office in Leicester.
Job Responsibility
Work collaboratively with hiring managers adopting a consultative approach to understand their hiring needs
Maintain up to date knowledge in innovation developments in candidate attraction and sourcing channels to ensure we have in place the right people with the right skills when we need them to meet our growth objectives
Manage campaigns and employer branding initiatives to engage and attract diverse talent pools
Manage the end to end process and have responsibility for all vacancies within your business area
Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and create shortlists of qualified candidates for roles
Manage selection processes, ensuring robust and consistent candidate assessments to appoint appropriately skilled candidates to roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Actively manage talent pools to generate a supply of candidates for critical and hard to fill vacancies
Showcase job vacancies and business/recruitment achievements across social media channels i.e. LinkedIn
Responsible for adhering to the recruitment SLAs and escalating any issues/blockages to the Head of Talent Acquisition if needed for resolutions to be sought
Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through timely and effective communication and feedback
Always maintain and update the ATS throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Experience in recruitment (in-house would be beneficial)
motivated, can-do attitude & fantastic communication skills
knowledge in either the Water or Engineering sectors
full UK driving license
