As a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner plays a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes across designated regions. As we continue building high-performing, values-led teams, we're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growth. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience while helping meet regional workforce needs through proactive, efficient, and thoughtful recruitment practices.
Job Responsibility
End-to-end recruitment across designated regions, partnering with leaders to deliver effective hiring processes and a positive candidate experience
Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and regional leaders, guiding them through effective recruitment practices
Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pools, and support workforce planning by identifying future hiring needs and trends
Ensure recruitment processes, systems (including JobAdder), and tools are used effectively, compliantly, and continuously improved
Promote TSA Riley's employee value proposition with candidates and represent the company at events and forums
Requirements
5+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within professional or technical services (experience with construction, project management across Property or Infrastructure streams highly valued)
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (such as JobAdder) and other sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn products and Seek
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Possess a degree qualification, underpinning knowledge and skills
