As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring strategies and ensuring we attract the best talent across The Boots Group.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a brand ambassador across all social media channels, showcasing the unique culture and opportunities at Boots
Collaborate with People Partners and stakeholders to understand current and future resource needs, ensuring we have the right talent in place
Create innovative recruitment plans to source top talent and maintain robust talent pipelines
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, ensuring every interaction reflects our values
Provide insights into external labour markets and competitive dynamics to influence hiring decisions
Requirements:
Significant experience in full life-cycle recruitment, particularly in fast-paced environments
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent time management and organisational skills
Knowledge of recruitment attraction strategies, including social media and campaign management
Nice to have:
Experience in interviewing and selection design
A customer-centric approach to recruitment activities
Awareness of digital recruitment benefits and a desire to explore this area further
