As a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Product organization in Stockholm HQ, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire Product talent at Mentimeter. You’ll partner closely with Product leaders, Engineering managers, Designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build strong teams that support our product and long-term growth. This is an individual contributor role with broad ownership. You’ll own recruitment end-to-end for your scope, while also anticipating future talent needs, supporting internal mobility, and helping leaders make high-quality hiring decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the dedicated TA Partner for the Product organization, owning end-to-end recruitment and talent flow within your scope
Drive full-cycle recruitment for Product-related roles (e.g. Product Managers, Designers, Fullstack engineers), from kickoff to offer
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define needs, align expectations, and ensure structured, high-quality hiring processes
Proactively identify and monitor talent risks, business-critical roles, and upcoming changes within the Product organization
Lead and coordinate internal recruitment processes during team changes, internal moves, or promotions
Anticipate replacement needs and proactively build pipelines for current and future Product talent needs
Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience
Lead hiring manager trainings to ensure leaders continuously update their skills, tools and recruitment best practice and a structured, unbiased hiring process to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions
Requirements:
Experience working as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter supporting Product, Tech, or cross-functional technical teams for at least 6 years, ideally in a SaaS scale-up organisation
Experience owning full-cycle recruitment with multiple stakeholders and complex roles in parallel
Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions through structure and data
Comfort operating proactively - anticipating needs rather than reacting only to open roles
Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
