We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help our organization to discover and acquire excellent employees with IT skills across different business verticals. The candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover top quality talent, build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer generation, offer release and follow ups until the candidate is onboarded. To be successful in this role, candidates should have an HR academic background and experience in screening and evaluating candidates.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes including resume screening, screening calls, detailed video interviews, present candidate assessment and data management
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and close hiring needs
Define job description and search strategy
Source resumes through various channels such as Job Boards, Employee referrals, partners
Handle stakeholder engagement, scheduling interviews with Technical Panelists and Hiring Managers
Accountable for coordinating recruitment activities across locations
Responsible for daily and weekly meetings with Hiring Managers to keep them updated on the status
Responsible for candidate engagement, Sourcing, Scheduling, Documents collection, Offer release, and Onboarding
Responsible for post-offer follow-up, ensuring that candidates on board, and working with Business on hiring and backup plans
Adhering to the Information Security Management System guidelines & policies as set by
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in IT recruitment, preferably from IT Industry
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
Creative ways of sourcing and headhunting talent
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Ability to understand the roles and responsibilities of different roles
Good to have knowledge in Recruitment tools
Proficient in Excel with good knowledge in pivot tables, vlook ups
Good knowledge and understanding of the Information Security Management system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors or equivalent degree or MBA in HR is mandatory
