Job Responsibility
Taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer and onboarding
Design and build simple, scalable hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
Coach and upskill hiring managers on interview best practices, inclusive hiring techniques and candidate assessment frameworks
Work with the existing HR team to embed recruitment best practices
Elevate the candidate experience wherever possible
Investigate proactive sourcing methods to open talent pools
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles
Track hiring outcomes and use data to continuously improve time-to-hire and quality of hire metrics
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, data privacy standards and internal policies in the hiring process
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (ideally in-house)
Experience building or significantly improving recruitment processes and systems
Strong sourcing skills: familiarity with direct search, passive candidate engagement, job boards, social sourcing, and referral programmes
Comfortable managing multiple roles and competing priorities
Knowledge and use of ATS systems
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including the ability to represent the brand and 'sell' our opportunities to candidates
Ability to operate as a true business partner, building rapport with hiring managers, candidates and HR colleagues
