We’re looking for a proactive and highly driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a key role in delivering fast, high-quality hiring outcomes across a dynamic business environment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and bring the right people into the business at pace.
Job Responsibility
Support peers and teams in the performance of duties and completion of candidate sourcing work priorities
Offer recruitment advice and knowledge to others within the Workforce Solutions team
Participate in the deployment of global projects in region relating to the improvement of staff augmentation practices
Engage with internal stakeholders when a new role arises to identify the precise skill set required, the most effective sourcing strategy and advise on the optimal hiring approach to achieve long-term business success
Source and identify qualified candidates in the marketplace for current and future contractor and contingent workforce openings
Collate sources of information regarding candidates, including information from employment checks and other relevant verification processes, and discuss findings with the Workforce Solutions Sales Specialist Team and/or internal NTT stakeholders to facilitate appropriate hiring decisions
Monitor and maintain external labour hire job postings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and market competitiveness
Ensure that all new contractors are onboarded in a professional, compliant, and engaging manner in alignment with company policies and legislative requirements
Extract necessary data required for weekly and monthly reporting from the e-recruitment system (RecruitWizard), assist with analysis of this data, and prepare insights for presentation to relevant governance and leadership forums
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder experience
Perform any other related tasks as required
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, within a corporate or agency environment
Proven experience in sourcing and placing contractors or contingent workers
Experience supporting staff augmentation or project-based hiring models
Experience preparing and analysing recruitment metrics and reports
Working knowledge of recruitment systems and HR databases
Strong understanding of contingent workforce and staff augmentation models
Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessment, offer management, and onboarding
Sound knowledge of relevant labour laws, contractor compliance requirements, and ethical hiring practices
Ability to provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring strategy
Experience utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including RecruitWizard or similar systems
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret recruitment data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
