As Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will play a central role within Aptiv’s hiring across the Americas. Having a passion for acquiring top talent, you will gain end to end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast paced dynamic environment across multiple business units including; Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance & IT & more. Acting as a Talent Hub to our business units, you will receive well-rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting, including: advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding and internal mobility.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider Business stakeholders across Aptiv
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture
Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-informed decisions
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process
Requirements:
4+ years recruitment experience ideally within a technical recruitment environment
Experience hiring Corporate positions (Finance etc) an advantage
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Experience recruiting in USA an advantage
Knowledge of how to maneuver within an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably Workday
Research skills with the ability to navigate complexity and drive simplicity
Detail oriented combined with a passion for doing the right thing the right way
A learning enthusiast, following trends and publications in the market outlining new ways to differentiate
