Job Responsibility

  • Engage in active talent sourcing utilizing LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant platforms
  • Work on open roles across the business, covering different functions and locations and conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate candidates for those roles in accordance with Karo's hiring standards
  • Enhance the candidate experience through each stage of the recruitment process while maintaining strong relationships within your candidate pipeline
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners and HR Operations colleagues to ensure alignment, smooth processes, and a seamless employee journey
  • Engage with and steer external recruitment agencies, ensuring quality delivery, strong partnerships, and alignment with Karo's hiring needs and standards
  • Proactively network and connect with both active and passive talent to enrich our talent pool
  • Participate in additional projects such as employer branding initiatives, community engagement, and diversity efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in talent sourcing, scouting, and talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on e-commerce, commercial, marketing, medical science, or other corporate functions on an international scale
  • Strong hands-on skills in pre-screening, interviewing, and managing recruitment processes effectively
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage several open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across seniority levels and markets
  • Proficiency in active sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in Swedish and English

Nice to have

  • Experience within the Consumer Health sector is a plus
  • A blend of in-house recruiting and agency experience is desirable
