Job Responsibility

  • Cultivate a culture of compliance with ethical business standards and practices within the organization
  • Own the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect and accurate violations of law, policies and Baxter's code of conduct
  • Implement Baxter's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, Global Interactions Policy and Third Party Policy and support processes, ensuring employee induction and training
  • Identify Baxter’s legal and compliance risks in the country
  • Manage open applications, screen candidate applications, coordinate interview requests, and participate in candidate interview days
  • Work with hiring managers and candidates to ensure interview availability and answer questions
  • Send and track candidate evaluations
  • Play an active role in supporting candidates through post-offer processes to contribute to a positive onboarding experience
  • Provide system support to hiring managers and recruiters as needed and serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment and recruiting processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar careers, or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years of demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition area in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintance in a fast pace environment and high volume entry level positions
  • Availability to be on Site four days a week
  • Intermediate English or Spanish level
