Job Description

Robert Half is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring efforts for a Contract/ Contract-to-Hire position based in Washington and Oregon for a client in the financial industry. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, strengthen candidate pipelines, and help shape a compelling employer presence in the market. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting, proactive sourcing, and partnership with hiring leaders to deliver efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and hiring completion
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current openings and anticipated workforce needs across business functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance throughout the selection process
  • Develop sourcing approaches that use multiple channels to identify and engage professionals with relevant experience in competitive talent markets
  • Evaluate applicants through resume review, screening conversations, and interview coordination to ensure a strong match to position requirements
  • Promote the organization’s employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience and communicating opportunities effectively
  • Track recruiting activity, monitor hiring progress, and share updates that support informed staffing decisions
  • Recommend process improvements that increase recruitment efficiency, strengthen outreach results, and enhance overall hiring effectiveness

Requirements

  • 3+ year's experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on corporate recruiting and full-cycle hiring
  • Proven ability to source and attract candidates through direct outreach, networking, and other strategic recruiting methods
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to manage priorities and move searches forward effectively
  • Strong understanding of candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer-stage recruitment practices (Greenhouse ATS experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple openings at once while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring teams, and business partners
  • Experience supporting employer branding efforts that improve candidate engagement and market visibility
