Job Description:

As our Talent Acquisition Partner (with a focus on Commercial roles) in Berlin, you’ll play a central role in growing JOIN’s go-to-market and operations organisation. You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams, ensuring we hire exceptional talent that supports our ambitious growth goals. This is not just a sourcing role, it’s an opportunity to build partnerships with hiring managers, shape the candidate experience, and directly influence JOIN’s commercial success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and culture fit
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signature
  • Support all stages of the employee journey (onboarding, development, retention, etc.) ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every JOINer
  • Maintain and optimise our HRIS and internal recruiting systems (surveys, review cycles, comms tools), ensuring employee data is accurate, updated and organised

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
  • Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Strong German and English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and creative outreach
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel
  • High attention to detail, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to report and optimise based on insights

Nice to have:

  • Experience hiring in multiple EU markets
  • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-scaling startups
