You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership, using market intelligence to navigate the high-stakes agency landscape.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end recruitment process - from crafting compelling job postings to extending that final offer
Source the best talent for our Creative and Media crafts, ensuring a steady pipeline of both active and passive high-quality talent
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, providing market insights to align candidate profiles with our global goals
Maintain a candidate journey that is human, approachable, and reflects our B Corp values
Ensure every applicant receives timely updates, feedback, and support
Keep the engine running smoothly by maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation within our ATS and recruitment tech stack
Requirements:
Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, with success in attracting and selecting top talent in the creative or digital industry
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and manage the hiring process under pressure
A go-getter attitude paired with high attention to detail
You are organized, efficient, and know how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
You’re a pro at using ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools to streamline processes and manage data
