We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Northern and Eastern Europe, playing a key role in delivering our Group People Strategy through exceptional recruitment, stakeholder partnership and HR and talent initiatives. This is a delivery-focused recruitment role for someone who enjoys sourcing, headhunting and building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach and market mapping. Alongside recruitment delivery, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders and HR teams, ensuring talent activities are aligned to group priorities, global standards and business growth objectives. You will primarily support our strategically important EU market across both commercial and operational hiring, while contributing to wider talent initiatives across the region. Success in this role will come from balancing local market expertise with a globally aligned approach, helping to embed consistent hiring practices, talent standards and recruitment excellence across countries. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute beyond recruitment delivery. You will play an active role in driving adoption of our global recruitment blueprint, supporting process harmonisation, ATS optimisation, talent profiling, workforce planning, recruitment analytics and the use of AI and technology to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
