As a Talent Acquisition Partner at American Food & Vending and American Dining Creations, you play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s nationwide hiring efforts across both the dining and/or refreshment divisions. Our TA partners strategically with business leaders and HR to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals. This role goes beyond transactional recruitment of job posting to onboarding— it will serve as a consultant, guiding hiring managers, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and strategic hiring experience.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on talent strategy, market trends, and hiring best practices
Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques, behavioral interviewing, assessment, and selection
Recommend process improvements, tools, and technologies to optimize recruitment
Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract high-quality talent
Partner with HR, hiring managers and business leads aligning offer proposals
Manage stakeholder expectations and keep hiring leaders informed of progress, risks, and constraints
Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions or business units: job intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letters, and pre-onboarding
Develop and execute sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, passive candidates, networking, create workforce pipelines, social media, referrals, etc.)
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates
Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Initiate and track background checks
Facilitate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with hiring protocols
Occasionally lead or support recruitment campaigns, events, or campus programs
Track recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and present insights and recommendations
Monitor pipeline health, recruitment forecasting, and capacity planning
Ensure data integrity in ATS / HR systems and maintain documentation / compliance
Partners with managers and department leads to understand hiring needs
Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and ATS usage
Support talent-focused initiatives and special projects
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Generate recruitment reports and metrics for leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AI recruitment strategy, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong communication, organizational, time management skills, and detail oriented
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed
