We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our established and collaborative Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract basis. This role will play a key part in delivering a fast, effective, and high-quality recruitment service to the business. You will partner closely with hiring managers, providing innovative and strategic recruitment solutions to ensure we attract and hire the best talent—on time and within budget. While this is a fully remote position, candidates based near Manchester will have the opportunity to work more closely with on-site team members.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies
Translate role requirements to the offshore resourcing team to support targeted candidate sourcing
Deliver an exceptional end-to-end recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Take a consultative approach to hiring decisions, influencing stakeholders effectively
Develop and manage offers, including negotiating terms with candidates
Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business and wider HR function
Support workforce planning discussions and provide insight into talent availability and market trends
Consult with the business on staffing strategies, hiring plans, and sourcing trends
Provide expert knowledge of talent acquisition processes and best practices
Participate in business and recruitment meetings to stay aligned with organisational priorities
Optimise job advertisements to maximise candidate attraction (internal and external)
Utilise a variety of sourcing tools and develop innovative sourcing strategies
Screen, assess, and interview candidates, building strong pipelines and shortlists
Manage candidate funnels to ensure hiring managers receive high-quality options
Support recruitment events when required
Assist the Recruitment Manager with ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Proven senior-level recruitment experience within: Project/Cost consultancy (highly desirable), OR Related sectors such as construction, civil engineering, architecture, or design
Experience recruiting for roles such as: Project Managers, Cost Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Architecture professionals
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Demonstrated success sourcing niche/technical talent, including via social media
Experience designing and delivering effective, creative recruitment strategies
