The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team in various recruitment processes. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology, along with basic knowledge of recruitment processes and effective communication skills. The candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, maintaining communication, and promoting the employer brand. Job Responsibility:
Assists in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, and referrals
Maintains communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, interview details, and feedback
Assists in promoting the organization's employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting its culture, values, and career opportunities
Receives detailed instructions in building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
Updates and maintains candidate data in the CRM platform
Assists in creating job postings and posting them on various job boards and career websites
Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, responding to candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback
Assists in tracking and maintaining recruitment data, such as candidate pipelines, sourcing metrics, and time-to-fill, to provide insights for talent acquisition strategies
Works closely with the talent acquisition team, HR colleagues, and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts
Performs any other related task as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology or related field
Basic understanding of the basic end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Basic knowledge of relevant labour laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic recruitment software
Ability to assist in candidate sourcing activities
Skill in reviewing resumes and applications
Effective communication skills
Being meticulous in managing candidate data
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage candidate pipelines, and adhere to timelines
Being open to learning and adjusting
Willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to handle sensitive candidate information with discretion
A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute
Entry level experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related fields
Entry level experience in executing strategic talent acquisition plans
