Our client, a successful fintech organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing People team in New York City. This role will serve as a strategic hiring partner across multiple functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned full-cycle recruiter who brings strong partnership skills and has experience recruiting in high-growth environments such as financial services, fintech, technology, or crypto.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, required
Experience recruiting in a financial services, fintech, or crypto environment, required
Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders
Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions simultaneously
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with changing priorities
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Interest in or exposure to crypto, blockchain, fintech, or emerging technology strongly preferred
