Job Description:

Our client, a software company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full recruitment cycles regionally, collaborate with hiring managers to create effective hiring strategies, and promote diversity and inclusion through broad and inclusive talent pipelines.

Job Responsibility:

Manage full recruitment cycles regionally, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective hiring strategies
find and connect with top talent using direct outreach, networking, and local job channels
share market insights on salaries, talent availability, and hiring trends to support decision-making
ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates from first contact to onboarding
promote diversity and inclusion by building broad, inclusive talent pipelines in both markets

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience
strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, multicultural environments
international recruitment experience preferred
solid talent network in the space is preferred
