Job Responsibility:
Manage a high volume of end-to-end recruitment processes across different scientific roles
Post job openings internally and externally, ensuring our ads are accurate, engaging, and targeted
Handle recruitment questions from hiring managers, candidates, and external providers
Keep a close eye on application flows and flag any trends or concerns
Record and maintain candidate data accurately in our ATS
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders — and manage expectations with confidence
Support candidates with interview preparation, confirmations, and general process questions
Respond to internal and external recruitment inquiries on status updates, process steps, or scheduling
Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
A positive, can‑do attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Comfort working both independently and closely with our team
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Calmness and structure when working toward tight deadlines
Confidence to push back or challenge constructively when needed
Curiosity about the life sciences world (even if you're new to it!)
