Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across the UK, partnering with leaders to attract exceptional talent across Sales and IT functions. This is a delivery-focused recruitment role for someone who enjoys sourcing, headhunting and building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive market engagement. You'll be confident identifying and engaging high-calibre professionals across a range of commercial or technology disciplines. To be successful in this role, you'll need a proven background recruiting either Sales or IT professionals. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you'll deliver an outstanding recruitment experience while helping to strengthen our talent pipeline and support business growth. You'll be part of an evolving Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with HR and business leaders to deliver a high-quality, professional and commercially focused recruitment service. Building trusted relationships and acting as a recruitment partner will be central to your success. Alongside day-to-day recruitment delivery, you'll also contribute to wider talent initiatives, including recruitment process improvement, ATS optimisation, talent mapping, recruitment analytics and the use of AI and technology to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Sales and IT vacancies in the UK
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions
  • Source candidates directly using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, headhunting and market mapping techniques
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
  • Screen and assess candidates against technical, behavioural and cultural requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes efficiently and professionally
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Produce recruitment reports, market insight and pipeline analytics
  • Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives
  • Contribute to recruitment projects including ATS improvements, talent profiling and process enhancements
  • Explore and leverage AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, efficiency and hiring outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting within either Sales recruitment or IT recruitment (experience in one of these specialisms is essential)
  • Strong direct sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter capability
  • Experience engaging and converting passive candidates through proactive outreach
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Interest in recruitment technology, AI and continuous process improvement
  • Experience recruiting within engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments would be advantageous but is not essential
