Job Responsibility:
Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies - Create innovative, efficient strategies to attract standout talent across multiple functions
High-Volume Sourcing - Use a mix of platforms, networks, and tools to find, engage, and move strong candidates quickly - especially in sales hiring
Screen and Interview - Lead initial assessments to ensure candidates meet both capability and cultural expectations
Partner With Hiring Managers - Work closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, refine role profiles, and influence hiring decisions
Build and Maintain Pipelines - Develop talent pools for future growth, especially for sales and go-to-market roles
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in internal recruitment or agency, with proven success in high-volume hiring while maintaining quality
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong ATS proficiency and the ability to manage structured processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, accurate, and capable of managing multiple priorities at speed
Creative thinker who can solve hiring challenges without cutting corners
