Job Description

As myPOS continues to scale across Europe, France is a key growth market for our commercial and customer-facing teams, including our newly acquired business, TopOrder. The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a trusted recruitment partner to local leaders and hiring managers bringing market insight, structured hiring practices, and a strong candidate experience to help deliver the hiring plan for France.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with France-based hiring managers to define role requirements, align on a realistic hiring plan, and provide guidance on profiles, channels, and process
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all roles in France (with a strong focus on Sales and business roles, including TopOrder), ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience
  • Build and maintain local talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and partner networks keeping warm talent pools for recurring needs
  • Bring market insight on talent availability to support hiring decisions and set stakeholder expectations
  • Run effective screening and selection steps, coordinating interviews and driving timely, structured feedback and shortlisting
  • Keep the ATS and hiring documentation accurate and up to date
  • Share regular pipeline updates, risks, and next steps with stakeholders
  • Monitor core recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source mix, etc.) and suggest practical improvements that increase quality and speed
  • Own the job offer process in partnership with HR/People team and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and a smooth handover to onboarding
  • Contribute to France attraction and employer-brand activities (events and local partnerships) to strengthen awareness and candidate flow

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally hiring for commercial, customer-facing, or operational roles
  • Good knowledge of the French talent market and practical sourcing approaches
  • Experience running end-to-end recruitment processes and managing multiple requisitions in parallel
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence
  • Fluency in French and professional working English
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tooling and disciplined approach to data and process
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a strong bias for action
  • Willingness to travel to our Écully (Lyon) office when needed
