Own end-to-end recruiting from outreach to offer
Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
Use recruiting metrics and market insights to influence decisions and improve efficiency
Ensure interviewer calibration and promote best practices
Strengthen employer brand to attract diverse, high-quality talent
Requirements:
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting
2+ years in-house recruiting experience
Deep expertise in engineering hiring
Proven track record hiring top engineering talent across all levels
Skilled at partnering with and influencing senior engineering leaders
Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments
Creative and resourceful
Passionate about building high-performing engineering teams
