Join our Global Pilot Recruitment Team and shape the future of TUI Airlines global recruitment process. Responsible for volume recruitment campaigns across international markets, connecting exceptional pilot talent who'll create unforgettable experiences for our customers globally, with unforgettable career opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the design, and be a key contributor to the build and implementation of TUI's global pilot recruitment process using our ATS (SAP SuccessFactors) and assessment platform (SOVA), ensuring a seamless candidate experience from attraction to hire
  • Working with the Recruitment Marketing Team, you'll create compelling online content that showcases TUI as an employer of choice and implement attraction plans that support our global Pilot strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance, transforming recruitment data into strategic insights you’ll identify risks and opportunities to optimise candidate pipelines, anticipate challenges and drive continuous improvement across all markets continuously improve our recruitment results
  • Coordinate and lead both virtual and face-to-face assessment events, delivering presentations including standardisation training, assessing candidates, and providing valuable feedback
  • As our brand ambassador, you'll build strong influential relationships with senior airline leaders and stakeholders, positioning yourself as a credible Talent Acquisition expert
  • Together with HR teams and airline colleagues, you'll collaborate on process improvements that align with our volume recruitment strategy

Requirements

  • Knowledge of talent attraction methods, selection tools, industry best practice that drive exceptional hiring outcomes
  • Experience in strategic recruitment campaigns, particularly for high volume roles
  • Passionate about aviation and have or are motivated to grow specialist technical knowledge to support credible conversations with pilots and senior airline stakeholders
  • Strong interest in data and analytics, your approach transforms metrics to meaningful actions that continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness
  • The ability to navigate multiple priorities effectively in complex situations, making decisive decisions to keep campaigns moving forward
  • Excellent customer service skills, you anticipate needs with a genuine interest in embracing new technologies to deliver exceptional candidate experience
  • Being a proactive team player, you communicate with impact and can influence to align different perspectives with both colleagues and stakeholders
