As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure smooth and positive candidate experience. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for the Mass Hiring requests including Blue Collar hiring, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending job offers
Work closely with HRBPs and partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
Sources candidates using different recruitment channels including referrals and building talents pipeline
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract talents through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Provide guidance and expertise on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices
Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and performance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information offline and in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Partners with Mass Recruitment Team Lead & Talent Acquisition Manager to educate management on recruitment processes and systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education
2 - 3 years of practical experience in recruitment for blue collars (Mass Hiring)
Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications
English & Arabic Fluency is a must
Blue Collar recruitment experience is a plus
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
