Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary – 6 months) to lead recruitment activities for the Swiss region, playing a key role in driving a strategic, proactive approach to veterinary talent acquisition. This position is focused on direct search and talent pipeline creation for Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians (ATV), anticipating business needs and building long-term talent communities in a highly competitive and multilingual market. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment delivery. The TA Partner will act as a market expert and strategic advisor, responsible for building strong talent databases, maintaining continuous contact with key profiles, and developing innovative ways to attract and engage candidates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in healthcare, clinical, pharma, or specialized environments
  • Proven experience in direct search / proactive sourcing
  • Experience recruiting veterinary or healthcare profiles is highly valued
  • Strategic and forward-thinking mindset
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership
  • Ability to anticipate talent needs and market challenges
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Creativity and interest in innovation within Talent Acquisition
  • Native German (mandatory)
  • High / professional level of English (mandatory)

Nice to have

Other Swiss national languages (French or Italian) are a plus
