Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Partner, Field & Corporate will be the driving force behind hiring exceptional talent for CLEAR’s airport locations nationwide, while also supporting corporate recruiting for early-career roles and providing coordination support across both teams. You’ll manage high-volume field recruitment end-to-end, partner directly with hiring leaders, and ensure every candidate experiences CLEAR’s people-first approach.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for CLEAR’s Field Operations teams, from intake and sourcing to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with station leadership to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and build consistent interview processes
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions across both hourly and salaried roles while balancing speed, quality, and service
  • Source and engage diverse talent through creative outreach, community channels, events, job boards, social platforms, and referrals
  • Deliver a standout candidate experience with timely communication, clear expectations, and alignment to CLEAR’s values
  • Use data, hiring trends, and market insights to advise managers and guide decision-making
  • Prepare offers and build closing strategies to secure top candidates
  • Travel as needed to support hiring events, airport openings, and peak-volume talent initiatives
  • Support Corporate Talent Acquisition by recruiting and sourcing for junior-level and early-career roles across multiple functions
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive outreach, resume mining, networking, and talent pool development
  • Provide coordination support across Talent Acquisition (scheduling, pipeline updates, systems support, interview logistics)
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to streamline processes and deliver a consistent experience across field and corporate recruiting
  • Maintain clean, accurate candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and help drive team-wide compliance and reporting

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, and innovative environment (retail, hospitality, food services, fitness industries a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously
  • Metrics-minded and data-driven, using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
  • Excellent relationship builder who proactively partners with hiring managers and candidates
  • Skilled in creative sourcing and identifying passive talent through multiple channels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving process improvement and owning the candidate journey end to end
  • Proficient with Greenhouse, Fountain, Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% to support hiring efforts across regions
