Finding Talent: You'll be the go-to person for sourcing talent from multiple channels
Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
Partnering with Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide advice on best practices
Follow-Up: Regularly check in with managers to see how our recruiting plans are working and make improvements as needed
Building Our Brand: Help amplify Seismic's employer brand and establish our presence in the India market
Managing ATS: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS) up-to-date and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment journey
Special Projects: Jump in on special projects and people initiatives as needed
Requirements
5 to 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth industries (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, or professional services)
Proven track record of managing complex, high-volume requisitions across corporate functions - such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance etc. - with a deep understanding of market talent mapping and compensation benchmarking
Excellent communication and consultation skills
ability to partner effectively with senior Hiring Managers and Leaders
Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
4-8 years in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth environment and B2B SaaS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience with various sourcing tools for recruiting campaigns
