Right now, we need to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team with a Talent Acquisition Partner who will focus on hiring the right talent for our growing APAC region and work with our EMEA team to apply our global strategy. This is a temporary position for 12 months with possibility to go permanent, starting ASAP.

Job Responsibility

  • Full cycle recruitment of all types of recruitment in APAC markets including but not limited to: In-take meetings, Advising management on interviewing / hiring, Creating job descriptions and job ads, Sourcing, Candidate screening, Interview organisation & Making offers, hire administration & cooperate with HR on compensation/benefit questions
  • Be the strategic partnership for leaders within assigned business units, including but not limited to: Understanding future hiring needs, Creating tailored hiring strategies for each department, including but not limited to advertising strategies, interview processes etc, Annual employer branding planning & Talent advisory
  • Training managers and hiring team in the Marshall Group recruitment process and methodologies
  • Identify & own the delivery of improvement projects within APAC region
  • Contributing and driving various other projects within the wider Talent Acquisition scope
  • Recruitment metric & analytics ownership in APAC for reporting purposes & using data to identify recruitment process efficiency improvements
  • Advising the Director, Talent Acquisition on annual budget requirements for APAC

Requirements

  • 8 or more years experience in Talent Acquisition hiring a wide rang of roles, ideally with a mix of recruitment agency/RPO/recruitment consultancy or in-house companies
  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment processes
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Strong understanding of how to X-Ray Search & Boolean search to find hidden talent
  • Previous experience using Psychometric testing to hire candidates and interpreting the results
