As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in building the future of Voyage Privé’s tech, product, and data teams. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier digital talent, driving an exceptional candidate experience, and directly contributing to our ability to attract and retain “A players.” You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and HR stakeholders to deliver measurable hiring impact and help us scale efficiently during a major phase of technical transformation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own full-cycle recruitments and talent pipelines for digital roles (tech, product, data), in close collaboration with the TA team, with occasional support on non-digital roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define priorities, and design effective sourcing strategies
  • Craft a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, ensuring consistency from first contact to onboarding
  • Lead strategic projects to improve recruitment impact, including initiatives around employer branding, recruitment tools, process documentation, and workflow optimization
  • Use recruitment KPIs and market insights to continuously refine strategies and increase hiring impact
  • Ensure operational excellence and strong process discipline across all active recruitments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in talent acquisition with a strong focus on digital roles (engineering, product, data)
  • Solid understanding of sourcing methods, recruitment analytics, and market trends in tech
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong ability to drive hiring processes end-to-end with structure, autonomy, and impact
  • Passionate about identifying exceptional talent and building high-performing teams
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
