Job Description

Dashlane is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Ops Coordinator to join our international talent team, supporting the recruitment process and providing an unparalleled candidate experience. You will have the opportunity to interact with both hiring managers and candidates to build strong relationships and hire great people! As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will ensure smooth talent acquisition processes, with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency. You’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle for specific roles while supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialists for complex positions. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is passionate about developing a foundation in recruiting and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with plenty of opportunities for growth and learning.

Job Responsibility

  • Own maintaining a positive recruiting experience by scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring interviewers have all necessary materials and information prior to interviews
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including hiring managers, candidates, and cross functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while ensuring quality and attention to detail
  • Ensure everyone involved in the recruitment process, including Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers and Interviewers adhere to the recruiting SLA's
  • Assist in sourcing active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking system, ensuring accuracy in a way that is compliant with all local and global requirements, including GDPR
  • Communicate with candidates professionally and be responsive to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Own monthly recruitment metrics, ensuring recruitment data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant
  • Generate, analyze, and report on quarterly recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights to help improve processes
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in retrieving relevant data for weekly catch-ups with their Hiring Managers
  • Greet candidates and tour them around the office, showcasing our office space and culture
  • Continuously identify areas of improvement in recruitment processes and support the implementation of data-driven recruitment strategies
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for selected roles

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience preferred) and other recruitment software
