Join us as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist and be the behind-the-scenes engine that powers our high volume hiring success for Addus HomeCare. In this role, you won’t be recruiting—but you will ensure our hiring teams have what they need to succeed. You'll support branch teams and train new users on recruitment tools, guide teams on system best practices, and serve as our resident expert on the ATS. From troubleshooting technical issues to rolling out new features and improvements, you'll be the go-to person.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the go-to resource for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related systems
Standardize and continuously improve TA processes
Monitor hiring data and system usage to uncover trends
Lead virtual training sessions and provide hands-on support to users
Act as a key liaison to field teams—hosting regular calls, sharing updates, answering day-to-day questions, and delivering operational support across all stages of the hiring process
Respond to emails from branch teams with questions about the ATS and hiring workflows
Provide troubleshooting and system guidance
Join leadership and regional calls to discuss hiring performance and operational updates
Host recruitment-listening to branches
Review data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Train new branch staff on recruitment best practices, ATS functionality, and hiring tools
Assist with the setup and optimization of our AI chatbot for caregiver recruiting
Review work instruction guide to ensure relevancy to current hiring process
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or Recruiting Operations
Experience using and/or supporting ATS platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Tech-savvy and systems-minded
Problem-solving with a proactive mindset
Collaborative, yet able to work independently
Organized and detail-oriented
Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-moving workflows
