Build the engine behind how we attract talent. Ace Hardware Home Services, a business unit of Ace Hardware Corporation is growing fast, and hiring is mission critical. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner to design, optimize, and scale how we attract and engage skilled trades and frontline talent across the business. If you enjoy turning data into action, building programs from the ground up, and partnering across teams to drive results, this role puts you at the center of it.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive talent attraction strategy and execution
  • Partner with TA leaders to design recruitment marketing strategies aligned to hiring demand
  • Build programs that create consistent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  • Identify gaps in attraction strategy and recommend new channels, partners, or solutions
  • Optimize the recruiting engine
  • Standardize and improve workflows, tools, and processes across the hiring lifecycle
  • Increase efficiency, consistency, and experience for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Support implementation of new tools and technologies from build through adoption
  • Use data to influence decisions
  • Track and analyze key metrics, including funnel conversion, sourcing performance, and req volume
  • Turn data into clear insights that guide strategy and stakeholder decisions
  • Create reporting that drives accountability and transparency
  • Build and scale talent pipelines
  • Support programs across CRM, trade schools, skilled trades partnerships, military talent, and inclusive recruiting efforts
  • Help the business move from reactive hiring to proactive pipeline building
  • Partner across the business
  • Work closely with HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and Operations leaders
  • Influence adoption of best practices and standardized hiring approaches

Requirements

  • 2+ years in talent acquisition operations, recruitment marketing, or employer branding
  • Experience in high-volume decentralized hiring environments
  • skilled trades or home services exposure preferred
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering end-to-end initiatives
  • Comfort using AI tools for content creation, reporting, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on, builder mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with ATS platforms
  • Workday preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
