As a key leader within the Business Services function, you will manage the digital and operational backbone of our partner's global recruitment efforts. You will act as the Team Lead for TA Operations, ensuring that workflows are seamless, data is "gold standard," and global scaling is supported by best-in-class technology. This is a "hands-on" leadership role where you will balance strategic oversight with direct delivery to ensure a world-class candidate experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring to a team of TA Operations Coordinators, setting clear priorities and high service standards
  • Retain direct ownership of core delivery, personally managing complex interview coordination and senior stakeholder requirements
  • Manage team performance through regular check-ins and formal reviews, acting as the primary escalation point for sensitive or high-priority hiring issues
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from interview scheduling to pre-onboarding—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across multiple regions
  • Monitor workload distribution and operational metrics to ensure global hiring plans are effectively supported
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions, driving the evolution of TA processes, tools, and compliance workflows
  • Build strong relationships across the People function (Business Partners, HR, and Learning) to ensure seamless handovers and alignment
  • Harvest and analyze recruitment data to provide the "story behind the numbers," supporting leadership decision-making and workforce planning
  • Partner with Recruitment Managers worldwide to align operational delivery with local hiring priorities and time zones

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc degree (Economics, Finance, or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in TA Operations, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Operations, with a proven track record of leading, coaching, or mentoring team members
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and proficiency in MS Office
  • Business language fluency in English with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with senior leadership
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in supporting high-volume or multi-region (NA, EMEA, APAC) hiring
  • Previous exposure to process optimization or operational change within a People function
