We're growing fast and looking for a Talent Acquisition & Operations Intern to join our People team in Utrecht. You'll support end-to-end recruitment while getting hands-on exposure to recruitment operations and AI-powered workflows, a rare mix for an internship. Your team can't wait to welcome you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Source and engage candidates on LinkedIn to fill vacancies across our European offices
  • Maintain and refresh our candidate database to ensure strong talent pipelines
  • Support interview scheduling, phone screenings, and reference checks
  • Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and contributing to TA reporting
  • Help maintain data hygiene and process documentation in our ATS (Teamtailor)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and university partnerships
  • Get involved in automating repetitive recruitment tasks using AI tools
  • Handle some administrative tasks (job postings, templates, HR & onboarding support)

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Business, HR, Management, or a related field
  • A first cross-functional team work internship experience
  • Familiar with AI tools like, Claude, and design tools like Canva
  • Organised, proactive, and curious, you like figuring out how things work
  • Comfortable with data and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus)
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Able to provide a university internship agreement
  • Available for 6 months starting April/May

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (remote & onsite) with hiring teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
