We are currently looking for a data-driven and organized Intern to join us. You will play a transversal role, supporting our Talent Acquisition team with a focus on Recruitment Operations (RecOps). 🎯 THE POSITION Your mission is to help scale our Talent Acquisition efforts by identifying top talent, streamlining recruitment processes, and improving the candidate experience. You will be involved in sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates, supporting recruitment operations, and contributing to ATS optimization and automation projects alongside the Talent Acquisition and People teams. Your main responsibilities will be: 1. Talent Acquisition & RecOps 🎯 Process Optimization: Support the TA team in refining recruitment workflows and ensuring our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is perfectly configured. Coordination: Help schedule interviews and manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a gold-standard candidate experience. Sourcing Support: Assist in identifying top talent for specific transversal roles across our global offices. 2. People Data & Analytics 📈 Reporting: Create and maintain weekly/monthly HR dashboards (recruitment KPIs, turnover, diversity, etc.). 3. Operational Excellence 🛠️ Tool Management: Assist in the deployment or optimisation of Talent acquisition tools (ATS, internal guides). Documentation: Create and update "Playbooks" and internal guides to harmonise recruitment processes. 4. Administrative Support 📝 Support the daily administrative operations of the Talent acquisition function (letters of intention, onboarding administrative prep, etc.) to ensure compliance and fluidity. 🦸‍♂️ WHAT YOU’LL BRING Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, ideally as part of a gap year or end-of-study internship.
